在windows命令行窗口下执行：
C:\>netstat -aon|findstr "80"
TCP 127.0.0.1:80 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 2448
看到了吗，端口被进程号为2448的进程占用，继续执行下面命令：
C:\>tasklist|findstr "2448"
thread.exe 2016 Console 0 16,064 K
很清楚吧，thread占用了你的端口,Kill it
如果第二步查不到，那就开任务管理器，看哪个进程是2448，然后杀之即可。
如果需要查看其他端口。把 80 改掉即可

4月28日在Godaddy用支付宝购买了个域名*.info，后来感觉不合适，虽然折合人民币才7块钱，不过留着也不爽，搜索了一下发现可以退款，了解了一下…以下是申请退款的过程： 1，删除域名。 登录进 Godaddy ，进入域名管理(Domain Manager)，点击你要删除的域名，把要删除的域名前面打上对勾，再点击"delete selected"，确认，稍等一会就删除了。 2，发请求退款邮件。 收件人：billing@Godaddy.com 主题可以写"Refund Request"，"退款请求"的意思， 内容是告之对方自己注册了一个不满意的域名，把它删除了，请你们退款之类的。 可以这么写：(咳咳……英语课……)

Because of my careless(或者Due to some mistakes),I registered a wrong domain ,the domain is*.info(此处填写你删除的域名),so I deleted （或者canceled）it today.
Please help me apply a refund to my Alipay （我用的是支付宝，所以这里写的是Alipay ，用Paypal 或者其他的请自行变更）account: *@*.com（这里写你的收款账户）.

大意是"你的问题我们已经接受，你会在24小时内得到答复" 好了，等吧~ 2，大约一个小时之后，（这个时间长度不同的人可能不一样） ，sales@godaddy.com发来一封主题是GoDaddy.com Refund的邮件，内容如下：

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Please let us know if we can help any other way.Sincerely,

然后还有最初你发过去的邮件原文 。第三封邮件意思是你会在5~7个工作日收到退款。

至此，申请退款过程结束，去打酱油吧 - -
昨天(4号)早上收到了Godaddy 的退款，从申请到收到退款用了5天。
- -没错，之前支付宝余额为0. 在godaddy 域名管理页面下方的"Total Price"处，已经退款的项目钱数会加个括号。
注意：申请退款要在购买域名之后的5天内提出申请。（据说）
还是建议朋友们如果不是投资域名的话，在注册域名之前想要要拿这个域名做什么样的站。不然这么折腾的话也浪费时间。
